There’s a story at the online fish n chipper about the Stadium rebuild which contains the following line:

What does chimerical mean?

wildly fanciful; highly unrealistic: a chimerical plan;  produced by a wildly fanciful imagination.
Oh dear.  Here’s hoping that’s not what Mr Dennis said.
